How to take attendance

  1. To mark the attendance of students, the teacher must first log in to the organization's portal by entering their login ID and password.
  2. Select the class and section from the respective dropdown lists
  3. Click on attendance on the homepage.
  4. Select the class and section from the respective dropdown lists
  5. After selecting the class, click on the mark attendance option
  6. A list of the enrolled students with toggle switch will appear on the screen.
  7. In order to mark the attendance of students click on the corresponding toggle switches to mark as present.
  8. After selecting the class, click on the mark attendance option
  9. Click on Save to submit the attendance.

How to check attendance report

  1. To mark the attendance of students, the teacher must first log in to the organization's portal by entering their login ID and password.
  2. On the homepage, Click on attendance module
  3. Select the class and section from the dropdown lists.
  4. After selecting the class and section, click on report.
  5. From the student’s list click on the student’s name.
  6. After selecting the student, a report is generated showing the number of classes attended and no of classes not attended by the student.

How to upload recources

  1. The teacher who wants to upload resources for students first needs to login the organisation’s admin portal by entering the login ID and password.
  2. On the homepage click on resource module
  3. From the list of the subjects assigned to the teacher,click on the specific subject and class for which resource needs to be uploaded
  4. After selecting the class,click on Create.
  5. Select the resource type from the dropdown list(Notes/E-Library/Question Bank/Recorded Videos/Previous Year paper),enter the title and attach the corresponding resource.

How to create assignment

  1. The teacher who wants to create an assignment for students first needs to login the organisation’s admin portal by entering the login ID and password. .
  2. On the homepage click on assignment module
  3. Click on the Create Option
  4. Select the Class for which assignment is to be created and enter the points,deadline,Title,description and attach a file(if required).
  5. And finally click on Create

How to grade assignments

  1. The teacher who wants to grade the submitted assignments first needs to login the organisation’s admin portal by entering the login ID and password. .
  2. On the homepage click on assignment module
  3. From the list select the required assignment to be graded
  4. Click on Submissions.
  5. Click on the name of the student whose assignment is to be graded.
  6. Click on the attach file in attachments,and finally enter the grades.
